Lerner, Moore, Silva, Cunningham & Rubel (LMSCR) has secured a $1 million settlement on behalf of a Riverside County school crossing guard who was struck by a vehicle while performing her duties. The pedestrian vs. motor vehicle collision caused one of the guard’s breast implants to rupture and leak, requiring surgical replacement. The case was settled for the defendant driver’s full policy limits of $1 million.
